Incredible location, facilities, and setup. Our room was located on the ground floor level, with a small outdoor seating area that overlooked the coastal forest. Nothing compares to waking up to the sounds of nature. The beach is just a two minute walk straight from the hotel’s pathways, where you’ll often be accompanied by king skinks and bobtails along the way. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Pool was huge, with a spa in a separate area surrounded by the beautiful gardens. We enjoyed the ocean views paired with happy hour at the hotel restaurant (Toby's), followed by a delicious dinner. It was very well priced with friendly and attentive staff to top off our experience. During our two night stay, we travelled to Indijup, Eagle Bay, Dunsborough Beach, and Busselton, close commute to all.

Spacious room on the 1st floor facing the main road. Clean and no smell. Seperate bathroom and toilet. Small fridge and bonus microwave. Window facing the quiet courtyard. Don't have time to use the club facilities like restaurants, swimming pool, tennis court & gym.

Rooms were absolutely perfect, had everything you could need or want. Love that they had the 2 rooms and a hallway door as we were a young family and our kids could sleep soundly whilst we were in the lounge room. Kitchen had everything you need and a large fridge, washer and dryer, comfy couches, beautiful balcony. Rooms were also very quiet and could not hear other guests through the walls. Pool and spa were heated which was fantastic.

Restaurant closed on two days which was inconvenient. Surely one day at most is adequate. Staff were great and food good. The 3rd night you had a large group booking which made it almost impossible to be served properly as there were only 2 staff present running their feet off and basically not performing up to their own expectations. We felt sorry for your staff and went to Hilton next night so as to not add pressure.

We had a ground floor room 1104 with King Bed. The room was spacious and clean. Loved that the large bathroom and toilet were separate. Everything you would need in the room is there. Microwave , cutlery, crockery , kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Lovely outdoor view with a table and chairs for good weather with a BBQ area just across . TV and temperature control were great.
